Sort out your sizing!

Not impressed at all. The website said one thing and the hats said another when it came to sizing. The small on the website said it was for 6 months but when it arrived the label said for 1-2 years old and swamped my 6 month old. We didn't have an alternative so had to use it.
Hat itself is OK it doesn't fold down so takes up some space in the bag but provided good coverage (especially being ridiculously large on my child)

Hi, once again apologies for the error with the sizing on our website. Did you get the email we sent to you last week offering to exchange the hat for an alternative? (See copy below).

Great hat for kids under 12

Without doubt the best sun protection hat on the planet, both my children have been wearing these hats for years now. They will thank me in 30 years when they have less sun damage and look younger ;-). The product is awesome, customer service is excellent. What's not to like?!
